Options, times, and return costs
All orders can be returned within 15 days from the shipment date by filling the online return form. From the moment the return request is submitted online, you have an additional 30 days to ensure the package physically reaches our warehouse. After this period, we cannot guarantee a refund for your order. Return times and costs vary depending on the return method selected at the time of the online return request. Please note that the return methods available may vary depending on the destination country. Also, returns cannot be shipped from a country different from the one where the order was originally delivered.
Standard Return
Currently, the Standard return service is not available for shipments to Italy, the United States, and non-European countries.
Return Times
By choosing the Standard option, your return will be delivered to our warehouse in 2 to 5 working days. Times may vary depending on the country from which the order was returned.

Express Return
The Express return service is available for all countries we ship to.

By choosing the Express option, your return will be delivered to our warehouse within a maximum of 2 working days. Times may vary depending on the country from which the order was returned. Returns from the United States will take 3 to 4 working days to reach our warehouse.
