Options, times and shipping costs

All orders are shipped within 1-3 working days from the order date, while delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Please note that the available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination country. Additionally, you cannot modify the delivery option after placing the order.

Shipping times may be delayed due to holidays. Nonetheless, products will be delivered within 30 calendar days, as required by law. In case of issues or non-receipt of your order, please contact Customer Care within 30 days from shipment to receive assistance. Otherwise, we will not be able to guarantee a refund and/or reshipment.

Standard Shipping

Currently, Standard Shipping is not available for shipments to Italy, the United States, and non-European countries.

By choosing the Standard option, Your order will be delivered within 3 to 7 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the country. Once a specific threshold is reached (subject to change by country), you will be eligible for free shipping, but only if you choose the Standard shipping option.

• Germany: 5 EUR / free over 100 EUR
• Netherlands: 5  EUR / free over 60 EUR
• Spain: 5 EUR / free over 45 EUR
• Other European countries: 5 EUR / free over 100 EUR
• United Kingdom: £4.95 / free over £70
• Switzerland: CHF 5 / free over CHF 100

Express Shipping

The Express shipping service is available for all the countries we ship to.

Delivery Times
By choosing the Express option, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country. Orders to the United States will take 3 to 4 working days to arrive.

Shipping costs may vary depending on the country. Once a specific threshold is reached (subject to change by country), you will benefit from a discount on the Express shipping cost.
